Changes

Term: 30 days from the date of purchase.

Location: Physical store or shipping (cost borne by the customer).

Conditions:

  • Product in perfect condition, unused, with original labels and packaging.
  • Presentation of proof of purchase.
  • If the customer does not have the receipt, the exchange may be made if he or she can provide information to track the purchase in the system.
  • The product can be exchanged more than once, provided the above conditions are met.

Returns

Procedure:

  1. The customer must contact our team and provide the purchase details.
  2. You will be provided with a refund authorization and instructions.
  3. The product must be returned in its original condition, without signs of use or damage.
  4. Our team will inspect the returned product.
  5. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued or an exchange will be made for a product of lower value.
  6. Returns can be made in-store or by shipping (costs borne by the customer). In the case of shipping, the return will not be made until the product is received and inspected.

Deadline: 10 days from the date of purchase.

Refund:

  • It will be made by the same payment method used in the purchase.
  • The maximum period for reimbursement is 30 business days.

Exceptions

Changes and returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Used or damaged products.
  • Products without original labels or packaging.
  • Products purchased on clearance or promotion.
  • Customized products.

Pay with credit/debit card

We accept credit and debit cards from most major credit issuers. The credit card options listed above are the most commonly used at Avacare. Your card will be saved for future purchases. But you can delete or edit your card information at any time. We also do not share your credit card information with business partners. If you have questions about your transactions on our site, please check with your card-issuing bank.
